Surface to Air, which developed in Paris in 2000, and assembles film, art and design, in addition to clothing, marked strongly by leather jackets and jeans, and weekend bags in a spectrogram of colors and materials—may open a shop in New York—a few blocks from A.P.C., Isabel Marant, and the new Agnes B.
